Refunds and Cancellations
Effective Date: 2024 October
Force Majeure: In the case of a national emergency, an Act of God, terrorism, a natural disaster, training venue issues (renovations or closing or similar), changes required to accommodate the majority needs of students, sudden and unavoidable changes to travel, sudden and unavoidable changes to technology, sudden incapacity of trainer(s), then trainings dates, times or locations may be changed by NLP Dynamo and students will be advised of the change noting that delays may occur which are outside of the hands of the company. In this case, no refund will be due. The credit may be transferred to another training or used to purchase product(s).
When you enroll in NLP Dynamo’s programs, the cancellation policy becomes effective as outlined in your signed Enrollment Agreement. This policy includes provisions for coaching support and the training materials provided at the time of enrollment.
You acknowledged in the Enrollment Agreement that the non-refundable cancellation fee can be applied to a future training with NLP Dynamo within two (2) years from the enrollment date. This period can be extended by paying the current rollover fee.
Refund Eligibility and Cancellations
Cooling-Off Period:
US & Canada Residents: You have three (3) days after signing the Enrollment Agreement to cancel and receive a full refund, including the deposit.
International Residents: For the rest of the world, you have seven (7) days to cancel and receive a full refund, including the deposit.
If you received any training materials (e.g., books, manuals, digital media) during this period, a refund will only be issued after returning the materials in perfect condition. For digital products (e.g., online or hybrid training materials), no refund will be provided.
Cancellations Less Than 2 Months Before Training: If you cancel less than two months before the training, no refund will be issued. However, your payment can be transferred to another training of your choice, provided it takes place within two (2) years from the original payment date. Alternatively, you may choose to apply the amount (minus the deposit and $1,500 cancellation fee) to the purchase of products.
Payment Plans: If you enrolled with a payment plan and received a discount, you are required to complete all payments by the due date specified in your Enrollment Agreement. Failure to do so may result in the full price being charged or additional penalties. If repeated payment attempts fail, your account may be referred to a debt collection agency.
Refunds During Training
If you decide that the training is not right for you within the first 24 hours of commencement, you will receive a refund of the tuition fee, minus the deposit, provided you notify our staff during the training. You must return all provided materials in their original condition for the refund to be processed. For digital or virtual training, no refund of the deposit will be issued.
If you fail to attend or leave the training after it begins, no refund will be issued. The cancellation fee in this case is 100% of the amount paid. At NLP Dynamo’s discretion, you may transfer your enrollment to another training within the two-year period, as long as we are notified.
National Emergencies and Force Majeure
In the event of a national emergency, natural disaster, or other circumstances beyond our control (including venue issues, travel disruptions, or technology failures), NLP Dynamo reserves the right to change the training dates, times, or locations. No refunds will be issued under these conditions, but your payment can be transferred to another training or used to purchase products.
If you're unable to attend an in-person training due to unforeseen circumstances, you may opt to attend the training online, with the understanding that any associated costs are your responsibility.
Product Refund Policy (Digital and Physical Media)
Due to the nature of digital media (e.g., CDs, DVDs, mp3 files, USB sticks, and other digital formats), no refunds will be given unless the media is defective. In the event of a defect, we will provide a replacement free of charge. All sales are final.
